Some frequently asked questions below. If you’re still unsure, then just give us a ring or drop us an email.

  • What are check in and check out times?

    You’re welcome to check in from 3pm – if you arrive in the city earlier and need us to store some luggage we’re happy to oblige. Check out is normally 11 noon and on a Sunday midday.

  • Is the hotel dog-friendly?

    We have dog friendly rooms at the Lodge at Bristol, our sister property opposite. The main hotel unfortunately doesn’t accept dogs apart from assistance dogs.

  • Is there a car park?

  • What family facilities are there?

    We have family rooms that can take up to 2 adults and 3 children and do have some interconnect rooms too.

  • What is the cancellation policy for rooms?

    If you have booked the Best Available Rate you can cancel anytime up to 10am on the day of arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this time will unfortunately incur a full charge. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.

  • Do you cater for special diets?

    Yes – we have a team of talented in house chefs and if you let us know – ideally in advance for more unusual requests – we’ll do all we can to ensure you can enjoy a great meal with us.
